Alright, I need somewhere semi-public to document the next three months of my life. I have my adoption blog, my Bradley&Sterling blog, and now I'm using THIS blog as my health goal blog. Again. This time it's for realzies, because I'm getting married!!! I have three months to turn my mommy-body into a hottie-body. I'll be tracking everything I do, so here we go!
Starting at 155 lbs even, size 12 top, size 10 bottom.
Day 1: Jillian Michaels 30-day shred workout, level 1, beginner.
Breakfast - 1 egg omelette, 1 slice of turkey bacon, 1 slimfast
Lunch - Pb&j, 1 glass of milk, 100 calorie pack of almonds
Dinner - Leftover 5-cheese ziti, veggies
8 8-oz servings of water, minimum
Alright, bring on the wedding!!!
(Just so's we're aware, Bradley has this incredible runner's body but is in no way pressuring me to do any of this. I simply feel that I owe it to him AND myself to have a great body when we begin our life together! Who doesn't want to look good naked on their wedding night? Right?)
